1. What crewASAP Is

crewASAP is an online contractor directory serving Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky homeowners. We provide a searchable database of local contractors across categories including roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and more. crewASAP is not a contractor, does not perform home services, and does not act as an agent or representative of any contractor listed on the site.

These Terms of Service govern your use of crewASAP (crewasap.com), operated by CrewMotive LLC. By using crewASAP, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use crewASAP. If you are using crewASAP on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Homeowner Use

Homeowners may search the directory and contact contractors free of charge. crewASAP provides directory information as a convenience only. We do not endorse, recommend, screen, or verify the quality, licensing, insurance, or work of any contractor listed. You are solely responsible for evaluating and vetting any contractor you choose to hire. crewASAP is not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor.

4. Contractor Listings

Contractor listings on crewASAP may be created from publicly available data sources. If your business is listed and you have not claimed it, some information may be inaccurate or incomplete. You can claim your listing at crewmotive.com/claim-listing.

By claiming or upgrading a listing, you represent that:

• You are authorized to act on behalf of the listed business
• The information you provide is accurate and up to date
• You hold any required licenses and insurance for the services you offer

You are responsible for keeping your listing information current. crewASAP reserves the right to remove or modify any listing that contains inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content.

5. Paid Listings and Billing

crewASAP offers optional paid listing tiers for contractors. By purchasing a paid tier, you authorize CrewMotive LLC (billing as CrewMotive LLC) to charge the payment method you provide at the cadence disclosed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund amounts already paid.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. We may update pricing at any time with reasonable notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

All sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by CrewMotive LLC. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

6. No Endorsement of Contractors

The appearance of a contractor on crewASAP — including any paid or featured listing — does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, or recommendation by crewASAP or CrewMotive LLC. Verified badges indicate that a contractor has claimed and confirmed their listing information; they do not represent independent verification of licensing, insurance, or quality of work.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use crewASAP for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect contractor or homeowner data
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, servers, or networks
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory information about any contractor or homeowner
• Use crewASAP to solicit users for competing directory services

8. Intellectual Property

The crewASAP site, including its design, content, and software, is owned by or licensed to CrewMotive LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of it without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant CrewMotive LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback without compensation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE CREWASAP SITE AND DIRECTORY ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREWMOTIVE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CONTRACTOR INFORMATION IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREWMOTIVE LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF CREWASAP OR YOUR ENGAGEMENT WITH ANY CONTRACTOR FOUND THROUGH THE DIRECTORY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CREWMOTIVE LLC IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless CrewMotive LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of crewASAP, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with any contractor or homeowner through the site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court. No class actions. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property misuse or unauthorized access.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of crewASAP after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
